The DR. CARLOS S. LANTING COLLEGE-TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION was conceptualized by no other than the school President Dr. Ruby Lanting-Casaul. in the realization of her concept, she tapped the office of Student Affairs headed by Mr. Arvin B. Villaflores, who than called for an alumni Homecoming on December 17,2005. There were more or less 300 alumnus who attended the affair. It was really exciting and memorable having met those graduate of different years and of different courses. During the party, Mr. Villaflores than toyed the idea of formulating the association with officer who shall be responsible in running the organization. There and then, nomination and election where finaly made. And the following alumnus emerge as first set of officers:

They were sworn in by the President Dr. Ruby Lanting-Casaul in a simple ceremony. The board went to work and they registered the Alumni Association as DClc-CTI Alumni Association with the security and Exchange Commision, beleiving that the association plays important role to their alma matter, the officer ventured on the following projects and activity:

1. Scholarship grants to five (5) students/year in different course
2. Sponsored prizes and rewards in the search for Mr. & Ms DCLC in year 2006, 2007 and 2008
3. Donated a part of the cost of the electronic scoreboard of the DCLC gym.
4. Donated a set of LCd projector for the Audio-Visual Room
5. Rehabilitated a Besta Van for DCLC-CTI Alumni donated by the president
6. Provided state of the art electronic communication device to every department office to facilitate easy access in time of emergency
